The sequencer gets its clock signal from a Gameboy, running LSDj or Nanoloop. so the visuals are synchronized to the music.
The sequencer controls the controller of the Sega, so the movement of the characters in the games are controlled by the sequencer.. (The buttons A, B, C, Up, Down, Left, Right, can be controlled).
It is also possible to select bends per step in the sequence.
The clock signal gos throe 2 divide counters, the 2 divide counters can be set at 2, 4 or 8.

the last 3 pictures are of a newer version of this sequencer, it is mostly the same.. but this one can run on its own, and it has midi in instead of lsdj clock-in.
