Do not touch the parts (hard to resist.. i know..).
The FTDI is black(groud) on the side of the chip, green on the side of the midi port.
The Sync24 port is on the other side.
Packaging for transportation, fits neatly over the MCG with hard top. and plastic used from old plastic bags
melted together with a iron, like this

- About 40 BPM to about 255 BPM.
- BPM range can be adjusted in the script(check line 53 of script), this can be usefull for smoothening.
And i think gb colors cant go under 60 BPM.
You need a FTDI cable to do this.
